What to expect

When winter transforms the Atlas into a white wilderness (December–April), join ski guide Youssef Azdour for multi-day ski touring adventures. Ascents reach 4,000m+ with long powder descents through remote valleys that summer trekkers never see, and overnight stays in mountain refuges warmed by wood stoves.

Routes are adapted to snow conditions and your level, from mellow day tours to demanding multi-day traverses. Intermediate skiing ability and good fitness are required; equipment rental is available in Imlil for travellers who'd rather pack light.
