In the Realm of Almond Trees by Mountain Bike
This mountain bike raid takes place in the Anti-Atlas, known for its pink granite and stunning landscapes, along with the warm hospitality of its Berber population.
Day 1: Arrival in Agadir
Arrival at Agadir Airport, welcome, and transfer to the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay.
Day 2: Khemis Ait Moussa – Tagdichte
Discover a magical stage between palm groves and small paved roads with tracks. Enjoy beaten paths, often reserved for villagers accessing weekly markets. Lunch in a sublime setting, then continue your ride to Tagdichte. Bivouac. (Approx. 50 km)
Day 3: Tagdichte – Ait Iftane
Descend through gorges, meet your cook near a school, then head to Ait Iftane. Overnight bivouac at the foot of Djebel Likest, renowned for its pink granite. (Approx. 40 km)
Day 4: Ait Iftane – Ameln Valley – Aguerd Oudad – Ait Mansour
Head to the Ameln Valley, rich with olive, carob, almond trees, and argan trees. Stop to taste argan oil, then continue to Ait Mansour. Bivouac in the palm grove or with locals. (Approx. 60 km)
Day 5: Ait Mansour – Tagmoute
Explore the Ait Mansour Valley with its typical Berber architecture and collective granaries. Continue to Tagmoute through varied landscapes. Lunch en route, then bivouac. (Approx. 60-70 km)
Day 6: Tagmoute – Ighrem
Travel through arid landscapes, some volcanic, some granite, with argan trees. Reach Ighrem and enjoy a night with locals. (Approx. 50 km)
Day 7: Ighrem – Agadir
Return transfer to Agadir, lunch in Taroudant. Arrival in Agadir in the afternoon, hotel check-in, dinner, and overnight stay.
Day 8: Return
Transfer to the airport, assistance with departure formalities.
